The sword is created with fine TC21 Titanium alloy for exceptional strength and durability. The ring magnets create a satisfying retractable motion with a resounding clicking sound.
The scabbard structure contains a carbon-fiber lining that cannot be scratched or damaged, providing the sword with complete protection.
While the ARX-2 Excalibur is powerful enough to withstand the most intense activity when the stakes are too high.

The Zirconium is first polished to achieve a sleek mirror finish.
The metal is then heated at very high temperatures for several hours, creating a hard, black coating of zirconium oxide that grows over the metal.
The black oxide layer is very thin but much harder than raw Zirconium. It does not rub off over time and provides extra durability and scratch resistance properties.
A carbon fiber lining is added on both sides of the inner scabbard to add protection and smooth traction to the sword.

Stone washing is a mechanical treatment of the metal surface that is achieved by mixing it with various abrasive particles in a tumbling barrel.
The metal will result in a different finish depending on the particle type, shape, and tumbling motion. But will always result in a matte, non-reflective surface with a worn outlook.
A carbon fiber lining is added on both sides of the inner scabbard to add protection and smooth traction to the sword.
The brand new ARX-2 Excalibur must be firmly inserted several times into the scabbard to align its position and allow it to be perfectly set.
